Okay, I'm Sailor T and this is my interpretation of Rumpelteazer:

I see Rumpelteazer as an all around fun loving cat. She's always 
happy and easily excited. The other kittens probably see her as a bit 
of a brat. She loves hanging around her older brother and causing 
'crime' and other mischief. She doesn't see what they do as bad, 
though, and thinks it's okay since the family never does anything 
about it and her brother does it, too. I believe she is truly sweet 
and innocent and she shows it at certain times, like in the presence 
of Old Deuteronomy.
