Hi!!!! Well my mother and I had seen the show in New York and on tour, and we were overjoyed to discover that the show was visiting very near where we live. So, needless to say, we got tickets. The show was absolutly fabulous and we loved it. I remembered reading about other people's CATS encounters on this site, and I was thinking, wouldn't that be cool if something like that happened to us! Moments later, we saw this adorable little girl dressed up as Victoria, and her mother seemed to know what she was doing, so we followed them. In a few seconds, a woman who looked very familiar walked out. She signed an autograph for the little girl, and then I (being very shy) walked up. I waited nervously for a few minutes until she finished talking to someone else, and then she noticed me. I said (very softly) "Can a have an......." , when at the same time she said, "Do you want an....." and then I just thrusted my program at her. She gladly signed it and said, "I was the fluffy white cat-not the pretty dancer but the one with the long tail!" I wanted to scream, "JELLYLORUM!!!!!!!!!!!!" but I didn't. I was too nervous to even say anything except, "Thank you!" But my story doesn't end there. We were walking to our car when we noticed the CATS bus. I began waving frantically and shouting, "TAKE ME TOOOOOOO!" I don't think anyone saw me though. Anyway we noticed Kris Koup (Jellylorum) walking towards us, followed by lots of people carrying bags with CATS embroidered on them. My eyes became very wide, and I began repeating, "Oh my God," over and over. We started walking to the car and I realized they were walking to their cars in the same lot as us!!!! We ended up with a group of cats in front of us and a group of cats in back of us. I'm not sure who they were though. We didn't say anything to them, just eavedropped on what they said!!!! I got half of somebody's phone number!!!! I liked it better that way - just listening to them. While we were walking to our car, somebody (I'm pretty sure it was Macavity) shouted "BYE!!!!!!!" to us. I said, "B-B-Bye!!!" That's the end of my encounter. I swear I will never forget that as long as I live!!!!!! by Maria
