On my 14th Birthday (21st July 01) I went to see Cats in London with 
my best friend Laura, which was the best present ever, as three 
members of the video cast were performing (John Partridge, Jacob 
Brent,Jason Gardiner) it was so overwhelming, we started crying in 
the opening music!  Well we were on the rotating stage, ON THE FRONT 
ROW so it's expected.  The show was breathtaking we bought loadsa 
merchandise.  After, we were frantic to find the stage door cos we 
wanted to meet john (phwoar) and jacob (yumm).  We couldn't find it 
so I was nearly in tears!  Then I saw Kenny Linden (who understudied, 
and played Munkustrap instead of David Ashley) so we ran in the 
direction he came in and found an American girl standing there who 
was just as excited as we were about meeting the cast. We talked for 
ages and JACOB BRENT appeared in the doorway!!!!! EEEEK!
Laura told him it was my birthday as he was signing our little 
notebook and he was soooooo sweet!  He kept on saying stuff like "I 
hope you enjoyed the show" and "So your a cancer if your birthday's 
today huh?" and "I hope you have a great birthday" seriously if you 
think Jacob is mean think again cos he is the nicest person ever! We 
also got a picture with him which was amazing.  Then John P came out 
(if you guys don't know him he plays The Rum Tum Tugger in the video 
of Cats and Electra in Starlight Express) he was sweet aswell 
saying "Have a great birthday" and stuff we got his autograph and a 
pic (he's really skinny now).  Then Jason Gardiner came out who 
played Alonzo in the video but was playing Coricopat in the 
production (he's my new love!  I fancy him alot!) we also got a pic 
and an autograph from him.  They are all so nice all of them saying 
happy birthday to me which meant alot. I think I was really lucky cos 
its not everyday that three members of the video cats are in the New 
London Theatre and you get to meet them.  I strongly suggest that 
those of you who can, get down to London and see this because it will 
seriously change your life and I will remember it forever.       For
