Victoria is the tribe's innocence. She is "pure" (hence her
spotless white coloring) and is the tribe's youngest kitten,
in my opinion. When she loses her innocence at the Jellicle
Ball, I believe it's a metaphor for Grizabella's return. If
you'll remember, the old cat appears halfway through and
just after the Ball is over. And, what with Grizabella being
something of a harlot, the tribe realizes that all is not
perfect outside their walls. But, Victoria still maintains a
little of her youthful acceptance by being the first one to
welcome Grizabella back. With that gesture, she brings
everyone to their senses (with some help from Sillabub) and
they accept her.
