I think Victoria represents innocence and childhood. She's the first 
one to step forward and touch Grizabella's hand after "Memory" is 
sung, so it goes to show that she wants to help people and is 
compassionate. Her coat is all white and flawless, as though to say 
that she is someone who hasn't really been subjected to the harsh 
realities of the outside world, and her child-like innocence is 
portrayed by graceful and deliberate dances. :)
