Skimble is a railway cat. He is maybe about 26-30 years old, but 
still is lively, bubbly and is always prancing around like an 
idiot! I think he is married to Jennyanydots (look at them on the 
video just before macavity comes and you hear his evil laugh) and 
is the father of Rumpleteazer, Mungojerrie, Electra and Admetus(who 
is the oldest, maybe about 13 while the rest are about 6 years) I 
think he is Jellylorum's sis, thats why her and jenny are so close. 
That mean he is the uncle of Etcetera, Pouncival, Alonzo and Victoria.
