Well, let me start off by saying that Rumpleteazer and Mungojerrie 
are my absolute, favorite characters in the play. But anyways, let's 
get down to her description. Rumpleteazer is an adventurous and 
funloving cat.  She is younger than the other queens, but she's not a
kitten(although she may act a little imature sometimes, that's just 
because she's naturally playful and active.) She'll do anything for a 
good time, and she found out what the best time was when she met her 
best friend and partner, Mungojerrie.  Rumpleteazer is slightly more 
innocent than Mungojerrie.  Like Sailor T said, she doesn't see what 
they do as wrong, it's all fun and games in her eyes, and nobody's 
getting hurt, right?  Mungojerrie, on the other hand, seems a bit 
more concsious about what they're doing, and takes their work much 
more seriuosly.  But he's not bad, and neither of them is headed 
Macavity's way.  Just like Rumpleteazer, he sees it all as great fun, 
only he knows he's being bad, and maybe that's what he likes, the 
thrill of knowing he broke the rules and his reputation.  
Rumpleteazer gets really mad at Mungo when he tries to take all the 
credit for their work.  I also think she's Skimbleshank's daughter, 
but I'm not sure who the mother is.  Rumpleteazer, although 
mischiveous, is very loving and respectful.  I also agree with Bomby, 
she only feels a really strong friendship towards Mungojerrie, but 
ungojerrie really loves her a lot.  But I'm sure that Rumpleteazer 
will start having feelings towards him when she gets over her slight 
crush on Tugger and sees that she and Mungo are meant to be together.  
In short, Rumpleteazer is a sweet, funloving cat who loves what she 
does and is, for the moment, best friends with Mungojerrie.

PS. Rumpleteazer and Mungojerrie are NOT evil like Macavity, haven't 
had any voluntary, self-profit partnerships with macavity, and are 
NOT headed in that direction.  Some people seem to think that way(not 
any of the ones who have posted here.)
