He's street wise and the very model of a cool cat. Rum Tum Tugger is 
also VERY full of himself, which is why I think his good friend 
Mistoffelees says he is a terrible bore. (After hearing Rum Tum say 
he's so great again and again and again..well, any friend might get 
tried of that:)

Rum Tum seems to only pay real attention to toughs females that don't 
run after him. He loves being a queen magnet and having his own 
kitten fan club (As long as they don't scream) But I think he knows 
Bombalurina is the one that really loves him and like to tease her 
with it because: 

1. He likes her a lot too and..
2. It feeds his ego. (Sorta a "never gonna get it" thing) Rum Tum 
Tugger is picky and independent, but a true good friend to have if 
you can win his favor. This is best shown when he sings the chorus of 
Mistoffelees song right after Mistoffelees brings Old Deuteronomy 
back (It almost made me cry how honest and greatfull he sounded) 

Rum Tum Tugger is one of my favorite cats, I love his "meow"s at the 
beginning of his song and the chaos he causes with his candy cane bag 
pipes during Munkustrap's storytelling.;)(especially at the end were 
he grins like his messing things up is the greatest thing in the 
world and everyone's suppose to love him for it);)!
