This guy's definately the Elvis of the cats.  He's a womanizer 
extraordinaire and he knows it.  He also knows how to use his 
Casanova-like charms to make the kittens scream and faint in delight 
and boy does he know how to flirt! A guy like that would probably get 
annoying after awhile and thats why Misto calls him a bore, because i 
bet theyve heard his routine millions of times. 
Deep inside tho, i bet the Tugger wants to settle down with one girl 
to call his own.  I mean, even Elvis got married, right?  I also 
think he has something for Bombalurina, because his relationship with 
her seems different than with the other cats.  He flirts with 
everyone else except her, whom he toys with.  He makes her feel that 
she'll never get anywhere with him while with the other cats he 
does.  This i think means he really wants to hide his true feelings 
for her in a fear of rejection, for she is very attractive and also 
has a PhD in flirtation and she could probably attract any guy she 
wanted.  Still, he lets some of how he feels for her show, letting 
her be his partner in the Jellicle Ball.  Well, it's a step. John 
Partridge did SUCH a good job playing him.  I cant imagine him as 
anyone else!
