Firstly, I think John Partrage is the best Rum Tum tugger that the world has 
seen!

Now, the interpretaion - HE'S A FLIRT! Sorry, I know, we all know that. 
Well, he is! I think Bomba and him would make a great couple, but they need 
to settle down a bit first (a bit? I mean a lot! Those sex kittens!) He 
loves to play with his girls a lot, but who cares?! As long as you have 'im 
for a while, eh? Anywho, he is defenatly Munk's brother, but Munk got chosen 
as Protector and one day Leader, 'cause Tugger is a lover, not a fighter 
(notice that he isn't there when Macavity shows!). Well, I think he is the 
cutest tom (Munk's the most handsome!), and every loves him, no matter what 
he does! (And he'll have it that way, thank you very much!)
