I see Tugger as charming and very respectful. He's the one who summoned
mr. mistoffelees when Old Deuteronomy was abducted, and had hope in
Misto's ability when Misto thought he couldn't do it. I think that
underneath his self centered attitude, he's one of the sweetest male
cats in the junkyard and enjoys charming the ladies to their hearts'
contents!
