Unlike Bombalurina, who flirts to hide her true self, Tugger flirts 
to flirt. He loves being a "queen's tom", and likes the fact that the 
older Cats don't care much for him (ie- Jennyanydots, Jellylorum, 
Asparagus). He can, though, be very serious and respectful, as 
evident with his father, Old Deuteronomy. His best friend is 
Mistoffelees (whom he adores), his favorite Queen is Bombalurina (who 
he has a major crush on, but won't admit it) and his brothers are 
Alonzo and Munkustrap (who he wishes would lighten up some).
