Munkustrap is not a leader. He is a friendly cat, but he is a little 
too high-and-mighty for my taste. I think Munkustrap is a stray, 
despite the collar. Deep down, he wishes that he could be more like 
the Rum Tum Tugger, but everyone expects him to be the responsible 
cat. Munkustrap is unsure of exactly where he fits into the group. 
Sometimes he acts like the leader, sometimes he's storyteller, and 
sometimes he's a fighter.

Demeter and Munkustrap? No way. Demeter was just being nice to 
Munkustrap when she cleaned his wounds.  Munkustrap and Jellyorum are 
a more likely couple. Jelly knows how hard it is to watch over an 
older cat, and they are really close (at least, I think so).
