Mungojerrie and his twin sister Rumpleteazer are always up to one type of 
mischief or another. He's not quite a kitten, but not really an adult
either. People may think he's a little bit dim when he misses cues and pulls 
funny faces, but the fact is he's thining up his next scam. He enjoys 
getting into trouble and having a laugh but knows where to draw the line, 
and, although not a villain like Macavity, the older Jellicles do not 
exactly encourage his and his sisters schemes. Viewed as a loveable rougue, 
I'm sure he has a few admirers among the queens.
