Poor Mungojerrie has no one to describe him! Anyway, I think 
Mungojerrie's personality matches that of Rumpelteazer's personality. 
He's a fun loving cat who is always in trouble and loves it. Though 
he's a crook, he's a good guy. Him and Rumpelteazer are best friends, 
but I'll leave it to you to decide if there's any relation.
