My personal opinions on Misto:
I think he and Tugger may well be friends, but how about brothers? 
Let's disregard the fact that Ugger and Misto look completely 
different. They mess with each other like brothers would. I think if 
they were friends, it would work perfectly, because they both impress 
each other. Mistoffelees is impressed with Tugger's lady skills, and 
Tugger gets this look on his face after Misto conjures up Old 
Deutoronomy like, "how does he do it?" They compliment each other 
well.

He and Victoria might be cute together. They're both sweet. I don't 
know about him and any of the other people suggested, because he's 
the kind of person who needs someone serious.

When I first heard the song, not having seen the movie or play, I 
thought Mistoffelees was old. Jacob Brent shows that it's quite the 
opposite. Jacob is so cuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuute and small. Mr. 
Mistoffelees has to be about a teenager. I think he's a kind of quiet 
guy who likes everyone and doesn't like to fight, but likes 
impressing people. Even if he was bashing Tugger a little in the Rum 
Tum Tugger song, I think he still likes Tugger like a brother (is he?)
