Alright, Mr.Mistoffelees is, well, just what his song says: magicial, 
mystical, small and shy! I think he does, though, enjoy being in the 
spotlight and performing his tricks for the other jellicals (but 
doesn't boast about it). He is definately my most favorite cat (yeah, 
I know, you've heard it a million times already, but whats not to 
love?)! I agree with some of the others on his relatives; Victoria is 
not a girlfriend though, she is his younger sister :-), Bustopher 
Jones is his uncle, and after reading one of the other interpretations, 
I agree that Grizabella is his grandma. I do think that he and the Rum 
Tum Tugger are friends, but not best friends. All in all, I believe 
that he is the most talented and one of the smartest jellicals at the 
jellical ball.
