Mr. Mistoffelees is my favorite Cat's character. Mistoffelees is the
smallest cat and "black from his ears to the tip of his tail". He has
this shy but bold sense about him. You can kind of hear it in his voice,
usually when he sings he does it very strongly but when dance his moves
are soft and quiet. He wants the spotlight he just doesn't know how to
get it with out being poked fun of (for example the Jellylorum song).
Mistoffelees seems to me to be like a teenager cat, you know not really
a kitten, but not an adult either. I think that is one reasons he is so
attracted to Victoria. Then on top of that he has this magical gift he
really doesn't quite have the hang of. Jacob Brent does a very good job
of protraying Mistoffelees, he is very expressive and talented.

The realtionship between Tugger and Mistoffelees I think is friendship.
You see I think the crack he makes during Tugger's song, is more of a
joke or repayment for the ball that was kicked at him. :) I mean if they
weren't friends why would they appear in each other's songs? He also has
a close realtionship to Old Duteronomy, it almost seems that they are
related (father, son maybe?).

Mistoffelees is one cat anyone could fall in love with. His style is one
that would make anyone smile. "And we all say, Oh! Well I never was
there ever, A cat so clever as magical Mr. Mistoffelees."
