When Demeter was born her parents were kill by Macavity's father. 
Demeter was left at the Jellicle Junkyard, and kept their until she 
could see. Some of the kittens their hated her, and made her life a 
living nightmare. She was so depressed she decided to run away. She 
met Macavity. She hated him at first, for being the son of Cat who 
had murdered her parents, but soon realized that he was not like his 
father. Demeter and Macavity became mates. Jemima was born out of 
this relationship. They had a great time for the first six months, 
but then Macavity started to use to much cat nip! *G* They had a huge 
fight, and they both decided to cool off awhile. Demeter returned to 
the Junkyard with Jemima, and found every one changed. Still knowing 
Macavity was not his normal self, she warned the Jellicles when he 
was around. After he took old Deut, she and her friend Bomb told the 
kittens about Mac. When Mac came back as Old. D she was afraid he 
would hurt someone, so revealed him to the Jellicles. Macavity tried 
to take Demeter back to his lair but ended up in a fight with Munku. 
Dem, and Munk mates? Nope! She was just being nice to Munku! After 
the Jellicle ball she and Macavity made up!
